Each player may hold only one active zenwin account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension. All bonuses and winnings from duplicate accounts are void and subject to forfeiture.

Using automated bots, exploiting software bugs, or engaging in arbitrage betting or collusion is strictly prohibited. zenwin employs real-time fraud detection systems and will void bets and close accounts where abuse is confirmed.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and zenwin ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the zenwin online betting and gaming platform available at zenwin.cam. This Agreement applies to all products and services offered by zenwin, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming verticals made available to players in Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the zenwin platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the zenwin platform immediately.
Important: This Agreement was last updated in January 2026. zenwin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
To register and maintain an active account on zenwin, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
Age Verification: zenwin enforces strict 21+ age controls. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately. All deposits will be returned, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full.
To access the full range of zenwin products, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the zenwin platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. zenwin employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All bonus entitlements from duplicate accounts will be voided, and one or both accounts may be permanently closed.

zenwin reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
Deposits. zenwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time or within five (5) minutes during normal banking hours. zenwin is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing systems. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within thirty (30) minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that belongs to you and that matches the name on your zenwin account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification in full (see Clause 8).
Processing timelines for withdrawals are as follows:
zenwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) there is a pending investigation relating to the account.
Currency Note: All transactions on zenwin are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). zenwin does not charge currency conversion fees for IDR transactions. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside zenwin's control and are your responsibility.
zenwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting zenwin customer support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zenwin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zenwin shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or zenwin had been advised of the possibility of such losses:
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits zenwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
zenwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, zenwin may use your personal data to: verify your identity; process deposits and withdrawals; detect and prevent fraud; send transactional communications relating to your account; personalize your platform experience; and comply with applicable legal obligations. zenwin does not sell your personal data to third parties. zenwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zenwin will provide reasonable advance notice to active players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the zenwin platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zenwin is incorporated and licensed to operate as an international online gaming platform.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact zenwin customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. zenwin aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration body agreed upon by both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents zenwin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
